Social entrepreneurship aims to solve social problems and provide solutions which cannot be provided by the government or private sectors. It organizes ideas, sources and social processes. The very primary motive of social entrepreneurship is social benefit. Persons do not place personal benefit before it. The concept of social entrepreneurship is not against market dynamics; on the contrary it works with the market in harmony.

- Their aim is not only develop one single project but develop systems which can solve social issues, which requires decisiveness and specific vision.
- They work just like a leader, uses their leadership and entrepreneurship skills for social benefit.
- They use marketing and communication methods effectively.
- Their system can make profit. This profit is not used as personal profits by shareholders. They do not focus on the profit. Their primary focus is creating models which can result in great social changes. A financial model is obtained so that employees can earn money. To use sources for this model is significant for the system to exist, grow and develop. That maximize social benefit in long term.
